Refund & Return Policy
All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been made available for download, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
No Refunds for Digital Products
Refunds will not be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Failure to read or understand the product description
- Selection of an incorrect file format
- Incompatibility with the purchaser’s embroidery machine, software, or equipment
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their machine and software are compatible with the file formats provided prior to completing a purchase.
Limited Exception
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the event of:
- A corrupted or defective file that cannot be opened or used as intended
- An error on our part within file delivery or within the file delivered
Any such request must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase and must include a clear description of the issue encountered.
Customer Responsibility
By completing a purchase on this website, the customer acknowledges that:
- They have reviewed the product details, file formats, and compatibility requirements
- They understand and agree to this Refund & Return Policy
- They waive any right to a refund once digital access to the product has been granted
