Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital embroidery design files delivered electronically. No physical products are sold or shipped.
By purchasing a digital product from Threaded Dreams Embroidery, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once access to the digital files has been granted, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy
License & Permitted Use
All digital files sold by Threaded Dreams Embroidery are protected by copyright law and are licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for:
- Personal use
- Commercial use to create finished physical products (such as embroidered items)
You may NOT:
- Resell, share, copy, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any format
- Modify and resell the files as your own designs
- Upload the files to sharing websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing services
- Claim the designs as your own intellectual property
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action by Threaded Dreams Embroidery.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Review product descriptions, file formats, and compatibility details before purchase
- Ensure their embroidery machine and software support the provided file formats
- Download, back up, and securely store purchased files
Threaded Dreams Embroidery is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported equipment, software incompatibility, or user error.
Lost or Inaccessible Downloads
Once digital files have been delivered and made available for download, Threaded Dreams Embroidery is not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible files. While assistance may be provided at our sole discretion, Threaded Dreams Embroidery is under no obligation to reissue files, and no refunds will be provided for lost downloads.
Accuracy of Information
Threaded Dreams Embroidery makes every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.
