All products sold on this website are digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

 

Digital Delivery Only

  • All purchases are delivered electronically.
  • No physical items will be shipped.
  • No shipping fees apply.

 

Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, digital files will be made available to the customer via:

  • An instant download link on the order confirmation page, and/or
  • A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address entered at checkout is correct and accessible.

 

Delivery Time

Digital files are typically available immediately after purchase. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical issues. If you do not receive access to your files within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us for assistance.

No Shipping Addresses Required

Because no physical products are shipped:

  • Shipping addresses are not used for delivery
  • Any address entered at checkout is for billing or record purposes only

 

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Download and store purchased files promptly
  • Ensure their device, embroidery machine, and software support the provided file formats

 

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or unsupported devices or software.

 

Lost or Inaccessible Downloads Disclaimer

Once digital files have been successfully delivered and made available for download, we are not responsible for lost, deleted, or inaccessible files resulting from customer action or inaction, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to download files within the available access period
  • Accidental deletion of files
  • Loss of files due to device failure, software issues, or storage errors
  • Inability to access files due to changes in email address or account access

 

Customers are solely responsible for downloading, backing up, and securely storing their purchased digital files.

While we may, at our sole discretion, assist with re-sending download links or files, we are under no obligation to do so, and such assistance does not constitute a waiver of this policy or create any ongoing responsibility.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost downloads.
